                           INVESTMENT OF THE COMPANY




         The board of directors of Thai Rubber Latex Corporation  (Thailand)
Public Company Limited at a meeting (#6/2007) held on 15th May 2007 approved
purchasing new common shares of Thai Rubber City Company Limited (subsidiary
that the company holds 99.99%  of shareholders structure,operates the rubber
plantation in Nan and Chiang Rai province  ).  The subsidiary will increase
registered capital from 150,000,000 Baht  to  300,000,000 Baht  or increase
capital amounting 150,000,000 Baht, by issuing new 15,000,000 common shares,
at par value of Baht 10 per share, to sell to the company. After purchasing
shares, the company will hold 29,999,994 common shares of the subsidiary.The
company's shareholder structure in the subsidiary will remain at 99.99%. The
objective of the subsidiary's capital increase is to increase investing in
the rubber plantation.
